Reviving Sevierville’s The Central Hotel
The Historic Central Hotel was built in the late 1800s on the public square in Sevierville, TN. In 1923, the Hotel was destroyed by a fire but was rebuilt in 1938. President Roosevelt often stayed at the hotel in the ’40s. During his trip in 1941, he dedicated the Great Smoky Mountains as a National Park. Today it is America’s most visited National Park.
The Historic Central Hotel, part of the Hotel Collection family, is a smaller luxury boutique hotel with 16 fully furnished rooms ranging from 2 to 3 bedroom units.
