Kim HuntDid you know that Cruze Farm milks Jersey cows to make fresh churned ice cream with milk from their herd? They also pasteurize and bottle real churned buttermilk, whole milk, light milk, chocolate milk, coffee milk, and seasonal flavored milks. The cows are on pasture 365 days a year and are never given hormones. The milk is not homogenized so the cream rises to the top.
Cruze Farm opened their Sevierville location on October 7, 2020. Their website lists the Flavors of the Day for each location (East Knoxville, Downtown Knoxville, and Sevierville). You can view their menu here.
Once you step through the doors, you are greeted by a ‘modern meets vintage’ vibe with lots of clean whites, wood, and bright reds.
The staff is dressed in adorable checkered print dresses with matching hair accessories, masks, aprons, and matching shoes.
They even have Cruze Farm merchandise for sale!
What do we recommend? You can’t go wrong with a shake or ice cream. Both were equally delicious!
We ordered a Samoas shake, Sweet Cream Shake, Thin Mint Shake, Salted Caramel Soft Serve Cup, and Cookies and Cream Shake. Our crew loved their treats and can’t wait for the next visit to try another flavor.
The staff was super friendly and very knowledgable. We can’t wait to visit again.
Cruze Farm is located at 1642 Parkway in Sevierville. Visit their website at www.cruzefarm.com
