Eat Your Way Through Dollywood’s Flower and Food Festival

What happens when you purchase the Flower and Food Festival Dining Pass at Dollywood? You eat your way through the food offerings at the festival, of course!

All of the items featured here are available to purchase individually as well. Prices vary for each item.

We were able to feature twenty-two of the twenty-seven items offered on the new festival dining pass. We will try to feature the remaining five items as the festival continues.

Barbecue Brisket Slider | Miss Lillian’s BBQ Corner

This griddle-seared brioche bun slider includes brisket that is tossed in a citrus chipotle barbecue sauce and topped with citrus slaw. The slider is served with a side of barbecue chips.

 


 

Beef Bulgogi Nachos & Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wings | Located at a Seasonal Culinary Booth

Enjoy steak strips marinated in a traditional spicy and sweet South Korean sauce that are served on crispy fried wonton chips and drizzled with a sriracha crema and bulgogi crema. The nachos are topped off with diced green onions and alfalfa sprouts.

Jumbo chicken wings covered in a sweet dry rub, slow-smoked and tossed in one of three sauces: Caribbean jerk, red chili barbecue, and teriyaki.

 

Cuban Sandwich & Plantain Chips with Mango Salsa | Located at a Seasonal Culinary Booth

This sandwich features grilled bread filled with marinated mojo pork, Virginia ham, and Swiss cheese and is served with a side of fried plantains and mango salsa.

 

Fish & Chips | Located at Market Square BIG SKILLETS ®

The fish and chips are lightly-breaded flounder filets dipped in a seasoned flour mix, fried until golden, and served with a side of crispy thinly sliced fries.

 

Flower & Food Candy & Treats | Located at Sweet Shoppe Candy Kitchen

Chocolate-covered pretzels, marshmallows and sandwich cookies, and more are available to satisfy your sweet tooth!

 

Flower & Food Festival Bakery Treats | Located at Spotlight Bakery

An assortment of freshly-baked cookies and cupcakes in a bright spring motif are waiting for you at the bakery!

 

Flower & Food Festival Flatbread Pizza | Located at Victoria’s Pizza

Mascarpone cheese, pesto sauce, arugula, artichoke hearts, and prosciutto ham drizzled in a light balsamic dressing are what this specialty flatbread pizza consists of. Edible flower petals are served on top as a garnish.

 

Fresh Berry and Lavender Funnel Cake | Crossroads Funnel Cakes

Enjoy Dollywood’s famous funnel cake topped with fresh blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and Chantilly cream, topped with lavender honey and an edible orchid.

 

Grilled Brisket Sausage | Miss Lillian’s BBQ Corner

This grilled brisket with muscadine, onion bacon jam is served on a warm brioche bun. The sausage is served with a side of barbecue chips.

 

Lemon Curd & Blueberry Liege Waffle | Located at Sweet Shoppe Candy Kitchen

Liege waffles are rounded, thicker, and contain pockets of sugar around the edges. This waffle is topped with lemon curd, blueberries, Chantilly cream, blueberry honey, and even edible flowers.

 

Liege Waffle Ice Cream Sandwich | Located at Showstreet Ice Cream

What’s better than a Liege waffle dipped in chocolate and chopped pistachios with your choice of ice cream? Nothing! For this one, we chose strawberry ice cream.

 

Spinach & Artichoke Dip & Lobster Roll  | Located at a Seasonal Culinary Booth

The lobster roll consists of Maine lobster meat mixed with diced celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and seasonings. It is served on a split-top frankfurter roll and grilled with butter and celery seed. Served with a side of salt & vinegar chips.

The spinach dip features spinach, artichoke hearts, and gouda which is topped with parmesan cheese. Crispy pita chips accompany the delicious dip.

 

Mountain Paella | Located at Market Square BIG SKILLETS ®

This paella includes smoked sausage, beef strips, garden peas, and chicken. It is seasoned with thyme, salt and pepper.

 

Summer Succotash featuring Pan-Seared Chicken | Located at Market Square BIG SKILLETS ®

Tender pan-seared chicken mixed with okra, red and green peppers, onions, charred corn, grape tomatoes, and lima beans combine for a delicious offering.

 

Street Corn | Located at Miss Lillian’s BBQ Corner

Charred corn mixed with cotija cheese, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic, and spices are what this delectable street corn consists of.

 

Blood Orange Lemonade &  Strawberry Hibiscus Fresca | Located at a Seasonal Culinary Booth

Two great drinks that offer refreshing tastes, both with distinct flavors. The Blood Orange lemonade has a hint of raspberry and the Strawberry Hibiscus features hints of hibiscus. You can’t go wrong with either one!

 

Strawberry Lemonade | Located at a Seasonal Culinary Booth

This fresh-squeezed lemonade combines with the subtle taste of strawberries. The hint of strawbeeries kicks Dollywood’s famous lemonade up a notch.

Not featured are: Paletas, Strawberry Shortcake Liege Waffle, Charred Corn & Arugula Salad, Blueberry Lavender Lemonade, Watermelon Lime Fresca
